deals 11.2.10

02 November 2010

I am trying to completely knock out my holiday shopping list this month so I can breathe in December and enjoy. We’ll see how it all goes. So, when I find great deals I’ll try to pass them along and maybe some will help you with your list? I promise I’ll only pass along deals I will do myself or I would share with my sisters. Smile
Here we go:
Bath and Body Works has a $10 off $30 purchase printable here, or you can use HOLIDAY30 at checkout online.
Amazon has Real Simple 1 Year Subscription for $10 ! Love this magazine…you can also renew your subscription if you already have one (click on special offers next to the 1 year subscription).

While you’re over at Amazon, they are having a Buy 2, Get 1 Free Video Gamesdeal on Wii, Nintendo DS, PS3, XBox, etc. Don’t forget to sign up for Amazon Mom (for free!) and get your free 2 day shipping through the holidays.
Barnes and Noble also has a Buy 2, Get 1 Free Deal in their Toys and Games. This works on hot toys/games like Lego Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle, or Glossy Bands, Settlers of Catan, Find It Games, etc. If you don’t need 3, maybe go in with a friend or family member near by? Plus, you can add code A9N8U4H for 15% off.
Wait! Emily just sent me this one (thank you!!)
Pottery Barn has their classic red/white or red/green stockings for $9 (small) to $15 (medium) each with FREE shipping and FREE personalization through Wednesday.
pb red
pb green
I’ve seen these after the holidays for $8, but then you have to pay for shipping and personalization, so it ends up being more. I think it’s the best deal you’ll get on these? I’ve even checked Ebay where people sell mistakes of these stockings and they are the same price if not more~
Happy Shopping!

  2. Thanks for the tips, Melissa! Good luck with getting your shopping done this month. It would be a wonderful thing to not have to rush around at the last minute. I still used to and I would even start in August! I guess you just need to know "okay, that's it, I'm done".

  7. Magazine subscriptions are such a good idea for people that have everything. Amazon seems to have the best prices on them too.

I really enjoy your blog - it's my "guilty pleasure" that I indulge in when I have a few free minutes (ha, ha). I used your advice about the Coldwater Creek outlet sale and got 2 Xmas presents - 1 for my dad, 1 for my sister, both of whom are hard to shop for.

Since you're listing bargains I thought I would share one with you. All You Magazine has a regular section of coupon codes. I used one of them to buy individually wrapped, fruity scented Yves Rocher soaps. The soaps are $4 each and the coupon code is $1 off. I ordered 4 soaps and got $4 off with the coupon code plus 3 free gifts! The code is:YRSOAP and it expires 11/26.
