SO COOL. You can make goals for yourself, log food eaten, how long you exercised, etc. so it can help you track even better.
It also can track your sleep! You clip it onto this little cuff at night on your non-dominant hand, press and hold the button, and it will start tracking your sleep.

ReplyDeleteI love it! All the feautures would give me great motivation during the day with steps taken and such..id challenge myself and probably get more laundry and cleaning done at the same time... the sleep feature would be fun too.
