Polar FT7 fitness watch * heart monitor giveaway

Okay folks, so far this one is my favorite: the Polar FT7 fitness watch & heart rate monitor.
Here’s what you get: the chest band and the fitness watch. You initially set it up with your height, weight, etc. but after that, it’s pretty simple~let’s take it on a run to test it out, shall we?

First you need to run the two gray parts of the strap under warm water, january 2012 045 1

then strap the electrode-thingy on and strap it around your chest right under your bra. (Sorry, no picture of that one-ha!)

It’s really quite comfortable and you get used to it in no time.
Then, you get to monitor your heart ratejanuary 2012 027 1

AND what mode you are in: fat burn, or fitness. january 2012 053 1

Do you know how tricky it is to take pictures while you are running? :)january 2012 030 1

I've been wanting a heart rate monitor since I've started exercising, and have yet to get one. This would be perfect!

I need a new hr monitor because my old one crapped out right after heart surgery and my doc wants me to track my hr when I work out.
