more kids bath decor

31 July 2012

The inspiration for my kid’s bathroom came from one of the very favorite, best shower curtains ever made:target curtain
Love it…but they are sold out/discontinued now. (here’s kind of a similar one?)

Anyway, I wanted to pick up on the colors in it, and I wanted to go BOLD and FUN with it, so here is how I styled the easy diy bathroom shelves: kids bathroom shelves
the clock is from Target Christmas clearance, the picture frames are thrift store/dollar tree finds painted and the owls were from Goodwill~probably from the same home as this one! I wanted to feature each of my bathing beauties:frames in kids bathroom
Here is what they looked like before a couple of coats of spray paint:owls
The wire basket is from TJ Maxx and the glass containers are old chocolate jars from the thrift store that I hot glued a couple of enamel numbers from Etsy on to:shelves kids bathroom 2
So hard to get a good pictures in here with no natural light, but you get the idea?

more coming on those!  Plus a giveaway you’ll LOVE. Okay, who owns this curtain? I know it’s a popular one!
Happy Tuesday~signature
