She didn't, but I've heard it! Such a funny expression :)

  2. This is SO true!  As my grandmother used to say, "Darn tootin'!"  (Did anyone else's grandmother say that?)

This courage for the week was really great. I, too, needed to read this as I have been comparing myself way too much with others, and what I perceive their parenting/home making/blogging abilities to be against my own. When I do this I not only set myself up for failure, but I lose some of the sparkle that sets me apart from everyone else in this world of ours. Thank you for bringing me back to reality.

No matter who said or wrote it, I need this tattooed on my forehead.  Thanks for the reminder!

  10. My kids actually like the big carrots better.  They won't really eat the little ones.  Funny. . .they don't know they are saving mom money.

  11. Melissa, you seem to pick quotes that I need to read at the time you post them.  Thank you for this, it really picked up my week when I was feeling a bit down and a bit worthless.   Thanks, again
