I also love these because you don’t have to write a separate letter – you can just add little updates on your family without writing an essay. One of the questions I had was the difference between the standard cover and the value cover. The Standard is more creamy and a bit heavier (on the left) and the value is more smooth and a brighter white. The standard is lovely but the value is still quality and I honestly thought they were the standard when I opened them and was looking for the value! I would save the $25 and go value.
Another question was: how do they work without envelopes? Well, Minted sends you clear stickers and you put them along both edges and at the corner of the flap and that’s it! Add a stamp on the other side and since your addressing is already done, it will be your simplest Christmas cards yet.
The classic photo cards are still every bit as gorgeous and the address designs this year are so amazing! These are the Very Merry Year Cards – we chose these because we didn’t take formal family pictures so I just put together a bunch from throughout the year.
