What a great week with a free photo book and the awesome posts by Susan!
I wanted to start the weekend by sharing some finds brimming with red/ valentine goodness throughout blogland this week:
Do you remember this lovely light from my master bath (that I'm supposed to be working on??)
You have to see what Blue Castle did with hers that she found at a thrift store:
She re-wired it, painted it red and hung it in her kitchen. Is that thinking outside of the box, or what? Amazing. I love people who can see hidden potential.
I love this banner that Tiffany over at The Children's Nest made:
I also loved Katie's red hots with a simple gingham ribbon for Valentines over at Harrington House:

The cutest canister makeover ever by Cherry over at Cherry's Jubilee:
And this adorable stitched Valentine shirt by Nicole over at Our Cozy Nest that makes me want to sew:
I love blog-land inspiration! I hope you have a wonderful weekend...

All these ideas are so great! I especially love that light! Yes, I have to agree, blogland is too fun!
ReplyDeleteOh for funny! You do have the same light! I'll have to check back to see what you do with your bathroom. I just love makeovers. :)
ReplyDeleteThose are all so cute! You should paint your lamp. I never would have thought of red, but I LOVE it!

I just wanted to Thank You for the Free book info. I filled it out and got my number for my Free one! I have been a fan of your site for awhile. I actually know your In-Laws. My husband and I went to SVU and that is how I came upon your site thru your Sis-in-Law mentioning it on her site. I just wanted to say Thanks for all the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteLove that lamp idea- it looks great! I always want to find a hidden treasure and make it shine- it's a true talent!
