december 2010 008 1 I added a few leaves from a thrift store wreath and a red ribbon, but I was so pleased with it for $10!! I think it will be a good all winter wreath…

december 2010 085 1Can you believe that my Mom found this statue (3-4 yrs ago??) at Walmart??

Our It’s a Wonderful Life village. I’m not making any promises, but I would love to tell you more about it next week…

And our kitchen hutch~the candy canes are quickly dwindling….
december 2010 102 1 Do you remember my spring HOPE sign? We changed it to one of our favorite Christmas songs with “hope” in it. I used windsong font for the top and bottom line and Perpetual Titling MT for the word “hope.”

The Dollar Tree silver bells can’t stay out of the pictures…

Thanks for hanging out in my home with me~Merry Christmas!

  3. Your wreath is really pretty, Melissa! I'd love to hear more about the cute little village. I've been thinking about doing something like that when I get my curio cabinet cleaned out. The silver ball ornaments in the big jar are my favorites!

  4. Very pretty, Melissa! What a great wreath! Love your framed Hope. Do you just print that size out at home? Candy canes still disappear at my house and my "kids" are 20 and 23!

  9. Beautiful Melissa! Why does your village look so different than mine?? I love the little spotlights you must have buried in the snow. We need some of those too. :)

BTW, I forced my teenage niece and nephews to watch the movie today. They have never seen it! But they enjoyed it. Mostly the second half through the end. haha
