summer patriotic mantel

Here is our mantel decked out for summer in a classic patriotic theme:

Baseballs that will probably last for 2 seconds inside, but I love the look of them! The pillow is from Target Nate Berkus 75% off clearance I told you about on Facebook~

I have had these lanterns for a long time, I picked them up at Lowes for $5. Starfish and white candles are always perfect summer additions:

The paper fans were at Dollar Tree! They are much better in person~

I wasn’t too excited from the look of the outside of the package, but was thrilled when I put them up. I went to get more but my store was out :(

The driftwood garland was a TJ Maxx find from last year. You may be seeing another project coming up using it…just sayin’

Aaaand… the flag pillow was a from a Ralph Lauren scarf that I scored at a yard sale for $1.

I just cut out the flag and hot glued it to a pillow that came with the blue sofa upstairs. The little red ottomans are from Target 90% off clearance after Christmas! I got them for $5 each and they have been great little extra seats/footstools/summer décor :)

That’s it! It was so fun to put together~

It’s officially summer tomorrow~hooray!
