I LOVE a good glass of ice water. Our rental doesn’t have an ice machine in the fridge, so we picked up some regular old ice cube trays from the grocery store when we moved in. They were starting to break and crack and you basically had to be Houdini to get ice out.
I finally ordered a new set on Amazon and almost choked at the $8 price tag (for ice cube trays??) for a 2-pack. But they got great reviews so we went ahead--just watch for 8 seconds as we demonstrate the power of a good ice cube tray:
I wish we would have discovered them 8 months ago!! Buy the good ones, trust me.

THANK YOU. I have been dealing with cracked ice trays that make it hard to get the ice out and I've been meaning to replace them. I will get these now!
I thought of you today when I was in the store and came across some crazy-priced ice trays. Lol. I believe it is worth the money though. :) -Kate from The Organized Dream
It is sooooo the little things in life that we take for granted until we don't have an ice machine! haha
ReplyDeleteYes! I'm drinking more water now just because it's easy to get ice. It makes all the difference...
DeleteThey're awesome. I bought them before we got a fridge with ice. I actually got mine at Winco, and they were about $5 or 6 for the two pack.
ReplyDeleteThat is even better! I can't believe the difference in ice cube trays. Who would have thought??
