And do you remember this sweet little green cart/table I found at a church yard sale back in Virginia for 1 whole dollar?

We gave it a coat of spray paint leftover from this project and then added some leftover wood from the shelves to the bottom so a basket could go underneath. The mason jar lamp (also $1 from a Texas yard sale) has also come with us a long way with us!

A corner with a rocking chair (my 1st mother’s day gift!!) The curtains are not my favorite, but I haven’t found anything better for now.
And the closet is a perfect place to stash books and a dresser.
That’s a wrap! It was fun to finally tackle this room, the girls are wanting to get to theirs now…so we’re starting to make plans for that.
