New Home Ideas Parade of Homes 2018 Ideas Part 2

Here is some more eye candy from the Utah Valley Parade of Homes. I love seeing styles and getting ideas from these homes.  Click here to see part 1

This laundry room in Farrow & Ball Downpipe, plus

look at this fabulous pullout between the washers and dryers!

I loved this this white bedding with a colorful rug:

The geometric tile mixed with penny tile was a great combo:

and also these various shapes of subway tile:

I liked the way they showcased art in the hallway with moldings and lights:

What do you think of the 2 separate seating areas in the long living room?

I loved this idea of taking places they had lived and turning them into Monopoly wall art:

Look at this great farmhouse style sink in the bathroom with the cabinets painted in Farrow & Ball shaded white. Do you notice how they mixed gold, oil rubbed bronze, and chrome on the fixtures?

This next home by Chatwin Homes had the most gorgeous view!

I loved how you walked behind the kitchen into a pantry

This platter rack in the pantry was such a good idea:

The hidden murphy door in the bookcase that led to the playroom was a grandchild’s dream!

A more modern teenage/guest room?

And this framed collection of rocks that looked like hearts was one of my favorite things I saw during the whole parade:

Another Raykon home in Salem called the Meraki was a french country design. Some favorites:

This ancestor gallery wall! I loved this so much:

The kids’ rooms were to die for in this house.

They used an old baseball game mural for the focal point:

The outside was a dream with the mini baseball field, pool with waterslide, outdoor fireplace and pergola:

And check out the hot tub on the pack patio leading out to the pool!

The big black glass patio doors were stunning, notice the bbq in the corner:

The killer was this indoor basketball court with the retractable batting cage!
