One of my favorite homes from the Utah Valley Parade of Homes was #24 - the Mountain View Manor by Hawthorn Homes designed by Carrick Home Design. Interior & Furniture was from Four Chairs.

* this homework area off the family room with pocket doors was one of my favorite features of this house! The sconces are to die for but also know they come in at about $500 a pop so here is a less expensive option that may work. The cabinet paint color is Farrow & Ball Off Black.

* such a beautiful primary suite! I love the darker colors brought in with the neutrals. Here  is an option for the ceiling fan that is just a fraction of the price! * The primary bathroom was so beautiful as well with the arch and windowseat. The cabinets are painted White Dove by Benjamin Moore * the marble tile in the shower with a corner seat * a beautiful deep tub with built-ins * a stackable washer dryer in the primary closet is genius

* and the kitchen! Cabinets are painted with Farrow & Ball Shaded White

 I was able to join my Smith sisters on a girl's trip to southern California and the sunshine and sea salt air was just what we all needed in the middle of winter. My SIL Jamie knows the area well since her sister lives there and took us through some neighborhoods she knew we would love. We also rented bikes and rode down Newport pier to the Wedge and so some are from that bike ride too.

First of all, look at these amazing trees that lined the streets!! I was in complete awe 😍
