One of my favorite homes from the Utah Valley Parade of Homes was #24 - the Mountain View Manor by Hawthorn Homes designed by Carrick Home Design. Interior & Furniture was from Four Chairs.
The exterior paint color is Aesthetic White by Sherwin Williams. |
* that light fixture is a show stopper! Find it here or this one actually may be the original source and here is an Amazon version |
* this homework area off the family room with pocket doors was one of my favorite features of this house! The sconces are to die for but also know they come in at about $500 a pop so here is a less expensive option that may work. The cabinet paint color is Farrow & Ball Off Black. |
* such a beautiful primary suite! I love the darker colors brought in with the neutrals. Here is an option for the ceiling fan that is just a fraction of the price!
|
* and the kitchen! Cabinets are painted with Farrow & Ball Shaded White |
* notice that they had a split island and then a seating island as well |
* and this gorgeous laundry room painted in Sherwin Williams Serenely |
* do you see the wallpaper on the ceiling? |
* and the mudroom with the slate tile |
* boys' room with a cool wall treatment |
and the sweetest girls' rooms! |
* the cabinets here were painted in Farrow and Ball Middleton Pink |
* wallpaper can be found here |
An incredible backyard and look at that view!! |

Thank you for coming along! Parade homes are always so much fun for ideas and inspiration.
I was able to join my Smith sisters on a girl's trip to southern California and the sunshine and sea salt air was just what we all needed in the middle of winter. My SIL Jamie knows the area well since her sister lives there and took us through some neighborhoods she knew we would love. We also rented bikes and rode down Newport pier to the Wedge and so some are from that bike ride too.
First of all, look at these amazing trees that lined the streets!! I was in complete awe 😍
Enjoy these charming, lovely Newport homes and check out the landscaping too! Also a special thanks to Georgi who was sitting by the window that helped me get a lot of these shots. I will also be posting some ideas for a fun girl getaway weekend!
* this is John Wayne's house! ^^ From the harbor on a little boat tour we took |
