For my modern lovers:
I didn't love the marble with the open shelving BUT
the pantry was to die for! This was at the Stone Manor by Cambridge Home Company:
This one combined the wood, white, and open shelving:
This kitchen had 2 islands (from E Builders of Utah + Allison Campbell Design)
with a most amazing butler's pantry off of the kitchen. Look at those windows!
I also loved the kitchen from Marissa Pope Design ♥
with a traditional backsplash and range hood
and an herb garden at the window sill
a built in display case,
and of course, a pantry!
The dining area just off the kitchen was so great with the built in banquette
and this was the dining room just as you came in:

Let's look at fun girl and boy bedrooms and also great ideas for bathrooms from the Utah Valley Parade of Homes!
This beauty is from Marissa Pope Design:
This fun feature wall is from Allison Campbell Design and the color is Roycroft Mist Gray: 
This fun hanging bed in the playroom s also from Alison Campbell. The paint color is SW Rockwood Blue Green:
I fell in love with this sloped ceiling girls' room:
This wallpaper (Thibaut Donegal Charcoal) made such a fun statement in this room!
And some boys' rooms:
Bunk rooms were still popular this year as well!
Let's move on to bathroom ideas! I saw alot of floating vanities this year for a more modern look:

I did think this one was super smart to make the backsplash higher so that the mural didn't get ruined with splashing from the sink:
