I wanted to share a super easy painless way to make some delicious, tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs: we use the crock pot! If you are a vegetarian or have an aversion to meat, you will not want to continue reading this post.

If we are having guests I buy the Costco or Sam’s Club baby back ribs pack and cook them all. I usually figure 3-4 ribs for adults and 1-2 for kids. If it is just our family (7 of us) I freeze half for later. Cut the racks in half with kitchen scissors and season them up good with rib seasoning, salt & pepper – rub it all in really well. We love the Weber smokey mesquite (find at most grocery stores), Costco also has a great rib seasoning.
Stack them up in the crock pot – make sure the lid can fit on securely. They can all fit in my 6 quart.
Cook them on low for 6-8 hours. The meat will be already falling off the bone when you take them out – be very gentle with them!
Then we take them out to the grill – squirt bbq sauce on them and then brush it in.
Grill on both sides for about 5 minutes or until the sauce caramelizes. If you don’t want to use the grill, just put them on a baking sheet lined with foil and stick them under the broiler for around 5 minutes and then flip and do the same on the other side.
Serve with extra bbq sauce. They are soooo good! Enjoy

Hello! I wanted to share a gorgeous home belongs to my friend Suzy and her family. It was part of the Park City Showcase of Homes and I was so excited to be able to go through it. It was built by Millhaven Homes and the interior design was by Stacy at Remedy Furniture & Design. It’s a modern farmhouse with some coastal inspiration – very clean and just beautiful.
The office on the left as you walk in with these great built-ins (paint color is Off Black by Farrow & Ball)
And on the right was the dining room. The lighting was perfection throughout this home!
The family room was straight ahead with beautiful rock, wood, and white.
Then, turning to the right was the kitchen. The cabinets were painted Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace:
I loved this little nook with the open wood shelves.
You couldn’t even tell this was a fridge with the cabinetry:
Then on the opposite side of the house from the kitchen was the master:
With a lovely sitting area
I LOVED the master bathroom
Clean, white, and bright with warm brass accents and wood floors

Such a fun family room at the top (look at that light fixture!) The ping pong table was the coolest:

And then the children’s area was to die for. A hanging swing inside?

And a bunk area ready for sleepovers
Outside was a whole other story – look at this view! It also had a pool, gym with basketball court and firepit. Incredible – look at that view!
The mudroom cabinets were painted in Farrow & Ball Ozark Shadow (that sink!! ♥)
and had an office area as well.

and the guest bungalow! The siding is arctic white with the door painted Downpipe by Farrow & Ball
