Hello! It’s June, so that means it is Parade of Homes time! I love going with my mom and sisters every year -- we had a great time going through beautiful houses together and talking about features and choices – admiring, oohing, laughing, and even gasping at some. House # 13 was built by Robison Home Builders and designed by Alice Lane and Hebdon Studios and was located in an older neighborhood in the Provo River Bottoms. They tore down an existing home and built this beautiful home with a full mother-in-law apartment above the garage.
This was one of the last homes that my daughter and I went through and up to this point, things were beginning to look kind of the same and so this was a welcome breath of unique personality.
The whole theme of the house was on neon in the front sitting room “ Don’t Look Around, Look Up” and they did some great features with the ceilings.
The kids bunk room in gray and yellow was so great
The trim on the doors and trim throughout the house was Sherwin-Williams 7068 Grizzle Gray
Do you like the TV behind the white folding doors?
Look at the kitchen with the glossy cabinets and hot pink background in the china cabinet and double islands:
A very cool pantry
This little nook in the kitchen – the attention to details! ♥
These are flamingos (or swans??) on the wallpaper in the bathroom!
I loved the benches and reading nooks tucked throughout
How fabulous is this gallery wall with juicy red frames?
Lots of great storage:
The kids rooms were the cutest. Green for him
with brave on the tiles
and strong for her with periwinkle paint in the bathroom and bedroom.
Such fun colors! And I think it’s so interesting they painted the doors and trim as well.
Master bedroom
A lovely deck off the master. The fireplace extended below to the main patio.
A fun, luxurious master bath
Penny tile to the ceiling!
The outdoor space was so great – a pizza oven and a sliding glass serving window to the kitchen
On the other side of the fireplace was the hot tub and then the pool below that:
Such a fun house!! You can see more pics and info here. Thanks for coming along – more to come with some favorite features and ideas we saw.
