| * I adore Lindsay at Nourish, Move, Love! Seriously, she has a workout for anything you need that day, you just need dumbbells for most of them and they are all free. You can pay if you don't want the ad at the beginning and middle of the video but I actually appreciate the little break. 😅 She is so encouraging, strong, and positive. And is her helper Rachel the nicest person alive?? I love how much stronger I feel from her workouts. |

| * Drizzalicious bites - these are the best little treat - only 90 calories but crunchy and sweet and also gluten free! Sam's Club also gets these in the bigger bags in store but sell out quickly. Also on Amazon in some fun flavors |

| * I have loved following Dr. Maren Locke and Dr. Neera Nathan on Instagram — they are both dermatologists and help guide you to the best skincare products that aren't necessarily the most expensive and what ingredients to look for. Some things they have recommended and I have LOVED and re-bought at least three times: La-Roche Posay Double Repair Moisturizer - some moisturizers feel like they sit on my skin but this one sinks deep and is just so good. |

My skin can handle the .1% every other night but you may want to begin with .05% My little tip is that I use buy it now on Ebay! 🙈 I have always had good luck if I choose sellers with 97% or more positive ratings. If I was going to buy today on Ebay I feel like some good options would be here for .05% and here and here for the .1% Good luck! |
