This tip comes from my beautiful sister in law, Lacey and her adorable daughter, Nora.
They were visiting this weekend and I was lamenting to her that someone (who shall remain nameless) took a permanent marker to the white board.

Lacey had the very thing to fix it. She told us to go over the permanent marker with dry erase marker, then erase.
