Welcome to our fall front porch!{wreath info here}
I have had these spiders for almost 10 years! From my mom. The fake pumpkins are also from my awesome mom~she got them at Michaels for a penny each after Halloween awhile ago. Can you believe that? You should have seen the look on our husbands’ faces when my sisters and I wanted to load our cars up with fake pumpkins when we were visiting for Christmas :)
Tip: don’t buy mums that are already blooming because they will turn brown quickly! I always find myself wanting the instant satisfaction of beautiful blooms right from the start, but then they only last a week or so…and then those $4 mums weren’t such a great deals because I have to buy more. The burgundy ones should be beauties in about a week or so.
The carved fake pumpkin was from a yard sale this summer for $1. The yellow tins are from Lowes summer clearance, $3 each.
My topiaries are still hanging in there, but they are turning colors with the cooler temps. More fake penny pumpkins and dollar tree crows…
Thanks for stopping by, now hop on over to Rhoda’s for more fall door inspiration!

I have a black tub similar to your yellow one that I use for ice at parties. It would never have occurred to me to use it for anything else. Love that idea. Your wreath is gorgeous!

ReplyDeleteReally nice job on your entry. Kudos to Mom for her major score on the pumpkins! Have to admit, the spiders are creeping me out. Too lifelike for me. I'm not a big Halloween decor person. But everything looks great!
