Favorite Home from the Parade of Homes 2016 Part 2

Hello! I’m back with part 2 of my favorite home from the Utah Valley Parade of Homes. Part 1 is here,




and we’ll continue on downstairs right into a basement kitchen:





and over into a basement family room:







I especially loved the built in window seat with lots of storage all around:




If you see that metal sliding door on the left ^^ that goes into a cool theater room:



A darling playroom/bedroom:


And I loved that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom and walk in closet (see floorplan in post 1)



For this shower they did the blue glass tile and then a penny tile on the floor:


Another bedroom


and adjoining bath


with cool black and white accents and so smart to add a seat:


I adored the colors in this girl bedroom:




and this was her side of the jack and jill bathroom


with the pink accents that were so cute with the black and white


that led into the shared shower and toilet area


and then to the other side of the jack & jill


and one more bedroom with yellow accents:


And there you have it! My favorite home from the Parade this year. Total square feet was 6711 with 6 bedroom and 5.5 baths. With the lot, I’m guessing at least $750k?? Anyway, thanks for stopping by – did you have a favorite part of this lovely home?
