Parade of Homes 2019: The Mountainside Modern Traditional

I wanted to share another favorite from the Parade of Homes. Someone was asking me why I love the Parade of Homes so much and I think I view homes as art. Each one is different -- I love seeing how the design, the lot and location, build, architecture, interior design, exterior & landscaping all come together to create a place where people will grow and live. I love to see the different ideas and expressions come through. To see what trends come and go and which remain classic.

This home is called the Mountainside by RC Dent Construction. I love the interior by Remedy Design

Square Feet: 7552

Bedrooms: 5

Bathrooms: 4

Price: 1 - 1.5 million

Here is the exterior: white houses with black windows is the definite trend right now -- do you think we'll look back and say -- that is so 2019 or do you think it will become classic?? I love how they did black frames on the windows outside and white on the inside though.  Thanks for your patience with my pictures from my phone.

I LOVE this laundry, especially the sink and wallpaper, and the counter above the washer & dryer.

Ok, but the best part has to be the dream craft room above the garage! Look at those work tables (quilting, perhaps?) the light coming in, and all of the storage!
