Well, you may not think they are awesome, but I sure did. Just a few random things that I didn’t know (you probably already know) but just in case, I’ve gotta share:
1. I discovered last winter that most of our Wii games were horribly scratched and wouldn’t play. We laid down the law and told the kids that if they wanted to play, they would have to pay for new games with their own money. (do your kids put the discs back when they are finished?!? arghhhh…such a pet peeve of mine) My daughter asked if anybody fixed wii games..and I didn’t know. We googled around a bit and found Azura Disc and figured it was worth a try? So, we sent in 7 discs, they were able to make 6 as good as new for around $27 total shipped. It was like Christmas when they got the games back. I have no affiliation whatsoever with them…but they are my kids’ new best friends!
The kids and I took one more little day trip before school started: to Floyd, VA! I had heard lots of about Schoolhouse Fabrics and wanted to check it out. It’s an old schoolhouse they have made into a huge fabric shop.
