the space on my piano was looking a little sparse, and I wasn’t sure what to fill the numbered tins with in the winter.February 2011 073 1

My kids and I were out looking for desert looking stuff for a school diorama
{don’t you just loooove those diorama assignments where you get to put it all together yourself help your child be creative??},
so I picked me some dried brown weeds while they were gathering prickly, desert-looking things:February 2011 066 1 So yes…
I feel the need.
The need for…
weeds.

  20. How funny! I just did the exact same thing on my bookshelf! It needed something and I couldn't figure out what until last week when I found a pot and put some weeds in it!

Hey - they might be the same weeds as yours, we live in VA also!

Love your blog - it's my favorite, I've used some of your ideas for enrichment and young womens.
