My mom, Kristin, and I found a great little stack of Golden Books at a yard sale in Montana for 10 cents each. I was thrilled that one of my favorites was in that stack:
As I was looking through it, I came to this page and had to do a double take. This isn’t the book I remembered! This was a 1976 printing, so they must have changed it.
Sure enough, when we got home I pulled out my 1951 copy, this is what I saw and I had to laugh. 
Can you spot the politically correct differences?
