Here is our thought for the day, courtesy of a .25 yard sale find:
"It's easy to be pleasant
When life goes along with a song,
But the man worth-while
Is the man who can smile
When everything else goes wrong"
It's a lovely thought, but I think I like this even better:
Take it apart, a fresh coat of yummy green spray paint on the frame, some chalkboard paint spray over the thought, a black and white gingham ribbon, and a leftover knob hot-glued to the cabinet:
we're thinking spring!
Have a wonderful day!
When life goes along with a song,
But the man worth-while
Is the man who can smile
When everything else goes wrong"

ReplyDeleteMay I ask what brand/name of green spray paint that is? It's so cute.

ReplyDeleteLove Susan
Jennifer & Becky~I bought it at Michaels thinking it was spray paint, but realized after I started spraying that it is actually floral spray! Oh well, it did the job, but I could tell it didn't stick as well as spray paint. It helped to spray a coat of primer first. It is Design Master floral spray and the color is Basil. It's right by the spray paint and is about $6 a can, so be sure to use a coupon. Good luck!
ReplyDeletemomof3girls~I've found the chalkboard spray paint at my Walmart.
