A real 320 Sycamore

08 January 2010

(not my photo)

I came across this real estate listing last week and the address caught my eye:

320 Sycamore
Bradbury, California

It's a custom built English manor in California, only 6.5 million, thought one of you might be interested :) It's always fun to look...

It's a little out of our price range, and on the opposite side of the U.S, but what would I pay for that address...
have a great weekend!

  2. That is a spectacular house. But then it would take the love of you and your family to make any address a home.

  3. Are you SURE you don't live there? :-) I can see why you would want to - beautiful! Have a good weekend.

  5. Why, darling, you have that address! Right here. It's not real estate, but it's something!

And you know, it just wouldn't seem right for 320 Sycamore to be in sunny California. It needs to be in a place with snow in the winter. Somewhere with indoor pools. You know, like maybe under the gym floor. :)

    Hope you're doing great!

  6. The old Granville place cleaned up well! I wonder if the top of the newell post is still loose? Really, that is a beauty and how fun that it has that address!

  7. Maybe if we all pool our money together we can all live there--each owning our own wing!:) Missed you so much over the holidays! Loves!

  8. Your home is so much more welcoming and inviting. The pictured "320 Sycamore" looks cold to me.

  10. Wow and just think, that is probably a deal right now at 6.5 mil!

Thanks for the calendar advice! I think I'll make a trip out today to get one. Yes, I only have a printed outlook calendar up for Jan. I'm behind this year.

Loved reviewing your top projects in 2009! Your blog was one of my top 5 fav in 2009 and I'm looking forward to another great year in 2010.

And c'mon...who can keep up with cleaning 7 toilets anyway? NOT ME! (I know though...that is why you would have a maid.)

  16. Are you kidding? This really is your house right, LOL. Not that you couldn't live there, but I probably wouldn't be able to afford the taxes ;)
