As I sit here typing through my tears, this clip brought back so many memories! My husband was in the Canadian army for 30 years and all the shots of fathers surprising their children upon their return took me back to my children when they were small. We never told them when dad would be coming home so I experienced all those moments again. Thanks for posting this. Have a great Memorial Day! Mary
Now that I am in tears! The video is amazing, I will have to send your link to my mother. Who is a retired school teacher. She taught on the Marine Base Camp Pendleton for over 20 years. She has watched many soldiers come and go over the years. She will greatly appreciate this video.
Thanks for that. My husband is in Afghanistan right now and I know my kids will cry their heads off when they see him. I feel all those children as in the military families - they are all our children and we take care of each other. thanks again for appreciating all that our soldiers and families go through. tammy
Love the clip. I have seen a lot of them on YouTube already but there were a couple that I hadn't seen. The kids are my fav, but the dog was what started the tears. Thanks.
That video was just amazing. I haven't seen that one yet. I have had the pleasure to see that first hand over and over. It's the most rewarding part of my job, when I fly home our brave men and women.
