We don't have a lot of Thanksgiving books, but here are the ones we do love from our collection:
The Night Before Thanksgiving-- all the excitement getting all ready for the big day!
Thank You, Thanksgiving-- a sweet, simple repetitious book that my little ones love:
My boys LOVE this one: Thanksgiving Rules-- a kid’s perspective on how to get the most out of Thanksgiving day
A Turkey for Thanksgiving -- the audio is adorable too. A bunch of animal friends want a turkey for Thanksgiving -- AT the table, not on the table.
and my favorite, favorite Thanksgiving book (and probably in my top 10 of all time):
Over the River and Through the Wood by Lydia Maria Child and illustrated by Brinton Turkle
There are dozens of versions of this book, get the one illustrated by Turkle. I found the best deal on Half.com
The pages alternate from beautiful color of family coming to visit and black and white of Grandma & Grandpa getting ready for everyone with the complete words from the song:
Oh, I love it.
What about you? Any great Thanksgiving books you’ve come across?

Oddly enough, I purchased Turkey Trouble from Amazon yesterday. I think my daughter would like Thanksgiving Rules, I just placed a hold at my library.
