Have you heard of Half Baked Harvest? Basically the most beautiful food blog you will ever look at. And delicious. Her cookbook is a work of art and this recipe tastes amazing and is so much easier than other homemade Sweet and Sour Chicken I have made. The sauce is a bit on the spicy side so I made a separate sauce for my kids. They all loved this meal! Check out her website and meal plan for the rest of the week!
